Holiday Gift Guide: For Her

holiday gift guide 2018 for her

When it comes to gifting for her, the first person that comes to mind is my sister, Molly. Over the years, there’s been something sweet about giving her something I know she’s been wanting all year or selecting an item that fits her personality, style, interests, or hobbies. Maybe it’s just me, but I feel like women can tell when a gift is from the heart! There’s nothing better than seeing the look of genuine excitement on our loved ones faces when they realize we took the time to find a gift we knew they’d just love.

To help you make the most of your opportunity to make your Mom, sister, or best girlfriends feel special this holiday season, I’ve curated a list of gifts below. This list includes something for everyone, from a pretty glass french press to help her slow down and savor the morning, to tiny stacking rings for a minimal way to look put together, to a sleek clutch to hold just what she needs from work-to-weekend. You’ll also find some of my personal favorites below, like these flattering jeans (also in black here), this faux fur robe, and this leather jewelry case for travel and home.

1. Timeless Pajamas /

This pajama set from Cuyana comes in an adorable pouch, making it feel extra luxurious as a gift. I love the long-sleeve set for colder evenings as well, and this stretchy silk headband would be a great complimentary gift (I always wear a headband when washing my face in the morning).

2. Wool Scarf /

A high-quality scarf is one of those items she might not splurge on for herself but would no doubt wear for years to come. I like the catch-all, neutral color of this Acne Studios scarf. Here’s a similar wool scarf under $70 that comes in a variety of colors.

3. APL Sneakers /

One of my favorite gifting themes is comfort. Even if she’s not into exercise, these soft, supportive sneakers can take her from the airport to the coffee shop to the grocery store in style.

4. Port & Cranberry Chocolates /

A luxury box of chocolates is a tiny little treasure that can last for months. Far more thoughtful than your average Hershey’s bar, these are infused with a small bit of port and cranberry that make just one the perfect treat.

5. Leather Jewelry Case /

I also love gifting organization because there’s something peaceful about having a designated place for things. I love this gold zip jewelry case, but any one of these small leather goods would make an excellent gift.

6. Jo Malone Fragrance Sampler /

It’s exciting when Jo Malone releases a variety set because their fragrances are designed to be mixed! This set includes two of my favorites, Nectarine Blossom & Honey (my summer spritz) and Wood Sage & Sea Salt (my fall choice).

7. Gold Stacking Rings /

Stacking rings have become a jewelry staple. They’re versatile and can be styled to look simple and french or off-the-wall and hipster, depending on what pieces they’re paired with.

8. Charcoal Face Mask /

I use this Beauty Counter face mask anytime we shoot for the blog. It’s purifying and minimizes the appearance of pores, but I also love how it smooths and evens out my skin’s texture.

9. Faux Fur Robe /

A robe is a classic gift she’s sure to enjoy. I love this TopShop robe because it’s neutral, only $52, and has a cozy hood and large square pockets.
