While I’ve gained countless skills blogging, one of the most unexpected is being a master at last-minute shopping. Between an ever-changing editorial calendar, rush deadlines for brand collaborations, and weather forecasts that throw off what makes sense for a photoshoot, I’ve figured out exactly which clothing sites I can rely on when I need something to ship quick—aka be on my doorstep in less than 72 hours.
Even if you’re not planning style content like me, we all have those moments when we realize we need something we don’t have, whether it’s a dress for an event you forgot about or an essential for an upcoming trip.
And given that shipping is especially crazy right now ahead of the holiday season, there’s no better time to bookmark a list of quick-ship sites you can trust to deliver on time without crazy fees. So without further ado, here are 9 clothing stores with fast shipping to rely on for all your last-minute shopping needs.
My Favorite Fast Shipping Sites
1. Shopbop
All Shopbop orders are guaranteed to arrive in three business days or less, meaning that if you order by 7 p.m. CT on a Monday, your order will arrive no later than Thursday. Two-day shipping, next business day shipping, and Saturday delivery are also available for $10–$30. But the big kicker? Since Amazon owns Shopbop, Amazon Prime members enjoy all their Prime shipping benefits on the site, meaning that free two-day shipping is included for all Prime member orders. Prime members can also pay a mere $3.99 per item for next-day shipping (it’s capped at $25 if you have more than 7 items). See the full Shopbop shipping policy here.
2. Amazon
This one is a given, and while I normally don’t recommend too many Amazon fashion products (the quality is typically lacking), there are a few diamonds in the rough that are worthwhile and can usually arrive within two days. Most notably, the Amazon the Drop collections are almost always Prime eligible (this means next-day delivery or two-day delivery), and a small selection of Shopbop’s inventory can be ordered directly on Amazon.
3. Revolve
The speed of Revolve’s shipping depends on where you live. When we lived in San Diego this summer, I got my orders within 24 hours. On the East Coast, I receive them in four days or less. Revolve also offers shipping options for next business day by 8pm and next business day by 12pm, which cost $24 and $30, respectively, and an additional fee per item (added fees max out at $50 per order). Orders placed by noon PST ship next business day, giving us East Coasters a little more wiggle room than the traditional 12pm EST order cutoff. See the full Revolve shipping policy here.
4. Madewell
Most Madewell products ship from Virginia, so orders should arrive within a couple days if you live on the East Coast. Shipping benefits are tiered for Madewell loyalty members by status. It’s free to join the loyalty program and Madewell Insiders (the base-level loyalty tier) receive free standard shipping and pay just $15 for guaranteed express shipping. See Madewell’s shipping policy here.
5. Zappos
Standard delivery is free at Zappos and items typically have a 4–5 business day delivery time, as long as you’re not in Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. You’ll almost always see three delivery options at checkout, however, with estimated delivery dates so that it’s easy to pick the option that works best for what you have on the calendar. Like Shopbop, Zappos shoppers who are Amazon Prime members can get free 2-day shipping. Plus, you really can’t beat their free return policy, which extends to their designer shopping site, The Style Room. See the full Zappos shipping policy here.
6. Anthropologie
Anthropologie shipping is free with a minimum order of $50 if you’re an AnthoPerks member (free to join), but you can express your order (expedited arrival is 2-3 business days) for just $10 or overnight it for just $15. This isn’t the cheapest option, but I have found Anthro a very reliable site with regard to estimated arrival dates, inventory, and customer service. See the full Anthro shipping policy here.
7. MatchesFashion
MatchesFashion is a UK-based luxury site, and they offer duty-free shipping so that packages arrive on the East Coast within one to two days. Most items cost well above what the average person would want to spend when last-minute shopping, but they do carry some mid-range brands such as Veja, Lululemon, and ATM. Plus, the packaging is so beautiful that it feels like receiving a gift, making Matches a great site if you’re ordering a last-minute gift for someone who loves all things fashion. See MatchesFashion’s delivery policy here.
8. Net-A-Porter
Net-A-Porter is another luxury designer shopping site that peppers in a few more reasonably-priced brands, like Nike, Eberjey, and Rails. The shopping experience is crisp, clean, and enjoyable from start to finish—I always save my Net-A-Porter boxes to regift items in or for decor/storage in my office. Standard shipping (5 business days) is $10 or free depending on the value of your item, and next business day delivery is available for $25 if you order by 5pm EST on any weekday. See Net-A-Porter’s delivery policy here.
9. ShopRunner
This isn’t a website per say but rather a collection of them. ShopRunner is an online shopping membership program that gives you the perk of unlimited free 2-day shipping from dozens of stores, and it’s my secret weapon for last-minute shopping. The stores include Bloomingdales (I user ShopRunner here ALL the time), Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus, CB2, SkinCeuticals, Sam Edelman, and more. Once you’re a member, you’ll see the option to sign-in at checkout for any of these retailers and will automatically be opted into the free 2-day shipping.
Outfit Details: Aritzia Coat (size down at least one size), Free People Sweater, Levi’s Jeans, Steve Madden Booties, Amazon Sunglasses, YSL Tote (similar, less expensive here)
Honorable Mention Clothing Stores with Fast Shipping
There are a few stores that didn’t make my top nine yet still offer free or low-cost quick shipping at least some of the time. I didn’t include these in the top nine because I don’t shop at them as frequently (or, in some cases, only select products are eligible for two-day or overnight shipping). Anyways, if the above clothing stores with fast shipping don’t match your style needs, I’ve also had luck with quick shipping at Asos, Nordstrom, FWRD, Sephora, Best Buy, Banana Republic, Walmart, and Levi’s.
