It’s never too early to start writing your spring style story. When the flowers begin to bloom and the sun feels a little warmer, I feel the spring fever coming on strong. When transitioning your winter wardrobe to your spring wardrobe, it can feel overwhelming to get started.
Thankfully, there are classic spring staples, like a jean jacket, maxi dress, and white tee, that make spring outfits easy to create (just check out my spring capsule wardrobe for proof). In this post, however, I’m focused on inspiring you guys to combine something you already own with a new piece or two for the perfect spring style look.
Whether you’re making room in your closet like me or daydreaming of days when we can head outdoors again, here are five casual spring outfit ideas for one of your most stylish seasons yet.
Spring Outfit Idea: Jean Jacket + White Tee
Trying to figure out how to style the jean jacket you’ve owned for years? This look has you covered. It’s likely you already own a white tee, so just grab a pair of white cropped pants (I just splurged on this cult favorite pair), a matching bag, and comfortable sandals and you’re good to go for brunch, date night, or the office.

Spring Outfit Idea: Maxi Dress + Woven Sandals
On the first day that really feels like spring, I’ll be turning to a feminine spring maxi. I love breezy styles that make you look put together but require very minimal effort. Pair a flowy maxi dress with raffia or woven accessories. Don’t miss my roundup of woven bags under $200 if you’re looking for affordable spring accessories.

Spring Outfit Idea: Floral Blouse + Espadrilles
This look is ideal for casual Friday at the office, running errands, or Saturday brunch. I love the wash on the Levis, and Zara has been killing it this season with embroidered blouses and feminine tops. Pair with gold jewelry for a pop and comfortable wedge espadrilles.

Spring Outfit Idea: Two Piece Set + Slides
Two piece sets create a whimsical but still polished look, and they’re also easy to style separately to create countless spring outfits. I love the set below from one of my favorites, Innika Choo. I paired it with a woven bag with blush leather finishing, cat sunglasses for a retro touch, and block heel sandals under $100.

Spring Outfit Idea: All White + Flats
A neutral spring outfit creates a perfect backdrop for colorful bags and jewelry. However, I love the sophisticated effect created by layering white and cream for a monochrome look. Below I paired a lightweight spring cardigan with a classic white tee, white denim, and comfy sneakers under $100.
