The lowest calorie cold Starbucks coffee will be any black coffee without sweetener. Slow-steeped Cold Brew has less than 5 calories on its own. The Nitro Cold Brew has the same nutritional information but is infused with nitrogen for a foamy top. Add a light splash of your favorite milk (I like oat milk and almond milk) and it’ll still come to less than 50 calories.
2. Iced Coffee: 5 Calories

3. Iced Shaken Espresso: 80 Calories
This drink combines shots of espresso, milk, ice, and classic syrup, which are shaken together. The standard tall version comes with 2% milk and 3 pumps of classic syrup for a total of 80 calories, but you can ask for skim or almond milk and less pumps of syrup to make it even lighter.
4. Iced Caffè Americano: 15 Calories
This drink includes espresso shots and cold water served over ice. If you like rich coffee, this is for you. A tall comes to just 15 calories. I recommend asking for it with extra ice as it can dilute the drink fairly quickly (the hot espresso is poured directly over the ice).
5. Iced Almond Milk Latte: 60 Calories
If you like a milk-forward, mellow iced coffee, you’ll love this one. Starbucks’ almond milk has just 60 calories and 3 grams of sugar in one cup, so depending on the barista’s pour, a tall iced almond milk latte will come out to roughly 80 calories. Iced almond milk cappuccinos and flat whites have similar calorie counts.
6. Iced Skinny Mocha: 90 Calories
If you have a chocolate craving, this drink is just 90 calories. It combines skinny mocha sauce, non-fat milk, and espresso over ice and isn’t too sweet.
7. Starbucks Doubleshot on Ice: 70 Calories
The doubleshot is similar to the iced shaken espresso but includes more sweetener. Even so, a tall Starbucks doubleshot on ice with 2% milk has just 70 calories and 11 grams of sugar.
8. Light Frappuccinos: 80–100 Calories
I lived in Florida for a summer and this was one of my favorite things to order! The Espresso Light Frappuccino Blended coffee is a blended drink that combines espresso and nonfat milk for just 80 calories in a tall. You can also order the Caramel Frappuccino light for a sweet treat that comes out to exactly 100 calories.
9. Teavana Shaken Iced Teas: 60 Calories
Choose from Passion Tango Tea, Black Tea, and Green Tea. All are 60 calories and feature Teavana tea lightly sweetened and shaken with ice.
10. Starbucks Refreshers: 45–80 Calories
Starbucks offers Very Berry Hibiscus (60 calories), Cool Lime (45 calories), and Strawberry Acai (80 calories) refreshers. In these drinks, fruit juice is combined with green coffee extract for light caffeination.

Ask for Fewer Pumps of Syrup
Ask for less syrup to reduce the calories and sweetness of your beverage. Regular Starbucks syrups have between 20 and 40 calories per pump. Sugar-free varieties (most stores carry sugar-free vanilla and may carry sugar-free caramel or cinnamon dolce) have 0 calories.
Ask for Light or Skinny
Most iced espresso and blended drinks can be made “light” or “skinny. This means they’re made with sugar-free syrup, no whipped cream, and non-fat milk. You can make modifications to this (light with almond milk, for example) to suit your preferences.
