The High/Low: Pre-Fall Mix and Match
As more fall collections come out, there’s a theme of bright reds I’ve been noticing. I’m not drawn to this particular trend (I tend to look washed out in red). But the wave has also had an influence on the number of burgundies, rusts, and browns we’re seeing. And those are colors I can never get enough of!
A few favorites I’ve been drawn to are this stunning Cult Gaia dress (on my wishlist for our New York trip in October), these comfortable and on-trend ballet flats under $100, and this leather crossbody bag from Sezane’s latest collection.
For this week’s High/Low, I picked pieces that can be easily mixed and matched. And thrown under layers as the weather cools off. I ordered the J.Crew wide leg trousers in camel and will report back!
