3. How do you keep your hair healthy when you heat style?

I wash my hair daily but usually let it air dry. This is the shampoo, conditioner, detangler, and oil I’ve been using for years. I get a Brazilian Blowout every 6-12 months, which also helps with heat damage.

4. Current skincare routine?

In the morning, cleanse, tone, vitamin C, eye cream, growth factor serum, hydrator, then sunscreen.
